We want you and your cat to love your Hartwell & Paws bowl. If it isn't the right fit, we're happy to help.

30-day returns

You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@hartwellandpaws.com with your order number, and we'll reply with the return address and simple instructions.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and is checked, we issue a full refund for the item to your original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right, no return needed.
